Science-Based Targets
气候目标
The hard requirement is public disclosure, not a page on this website. The company must publish its greenhouse gas inventory and progress against published targets every year. An annual report, a sustainability report, or the company website are all acceptable, as long as the public can read them. This page is the public entry CINO uses. If a target is approved, it must also be announced on the SBTi website within six months. The basis is the Corporate Near-Term Criteria V5.3.1 (April 2026).

After approval and publication on the SBTi website, this page will carry the same official wording, with the SBTi logo next to that text and the year of validation. Until then, this page does not use the logo, and figures still being prepared are not presented as a validated target.
Greenhouse gas inventory温室气体盘查
The organizational inventory for 1 January to 31 December 2025 has been verified. The verifier is NOA Testing and Certification Group. Assurance is reasonable, and the materiality threshold is 2.5%. Statement No. NOA2600041 was issued on 18 June 2026. The boundary is operational control: rooms 401 and 402 on the 4th floor of the office building, and the 3rd-floor warehouse of Building 3, at 168, Lane 415, Changjiang Road, Baoshan, Shanghai. The figures below follow the verification report's categories. They are not yet a Scope 1, 2 and 3 split prepared for a science-based target.

Category 1, direct

0.70 tCO2e, from fire extinguishers, refrigerant leakage and the septic tank. This is close to Scope 1, but the inventory is classified under ISO 14064-1.
Category 2, purchased electricity

20.77 tCO2e, from 49,458 kWh. Only one grid result is published. A market-based result is not yet published alongside it.
Category 3, transport
类别3 交通运输
10.51 tCO2e, covering upstream transport, downstream transport and employee commuting. This is a quantified part of the value chain, not a complete Scope 3.
Category 4, products used

3.85 tCO2e, mainly from disposal of electronic waste.
Exclusions

Category 5, Category 6, and land use, land-use change and forestry were not quantified. The statement appendix places 15.06 tCO2e in Category 5. The verification report splits that same amount across Categories 1, 3 and 4. This page uses the report's split. The total is still 35.83.

This inventory does not include emissions or removals from land use, land-use change and forestry.

There is no published science-based target, so there is no progress figure. The verified 2025 inventory totals 35.83 tCO2e. The base year will be filled in when a target is set.

Carbon credits

Carbon credits are not emission reductions and do not count toward progress on the target.
Other effects

Non-CO₂ effects, forest, land and agriculture, and bioenergy are footnoted when they apply. They are not mixed into the totals above.
Review
复核
All active targets are reviewed at least every five years against the criteria then in force. A target that no longer meets them is updated and revalidated. A change of 5% or more in base-year emissions, or in the emissions inside a target boundary, is recalculated, revalidated, and explained on this page.

The inventory and progress are published every year. This page is one public place for that, not the only one.
Publication

Within six months of approval, the target must be announced on the SBTi website. If it is not, it has to be approved again, unless the SBTi has agreed another deadline in writing. This page uses the same wording as that announcement.
