One retirement runs through one system. Collection, transport, intake, sanitization, reuse or recycling, and close-out all sit on that asset's ID. Customers see their own project's progress and the documents agreed for it. Internal work records stay internal.
One asset, one ID
一物一码
Each asset has its own ID. Once that ID is confirmed, sanitization, the next step, and any certificate all refer to it. Equipment without an ID is not processed.
Sanitization you can check
可查验的清除
Sanitization is recorded per asset and can be checked later. A factory reset does not count. Equipment that has not been sanitized stays in controlled premises.
A clear privacy line

Customers see what arrived on their project, how far it has gone, and the documents agreed for that project. Where unsanitized equipment is held, internal work records, and internal accounts are not on the customer page.
A compliant next step
合规去向
Equipment that can still be used is de-branded after sanitization and reused. The rest goes to a qualified partner for recycling. Erasure, destruction, or recycling certificates are provided when the project includes them.
