We retire enterprise IT equipment in line with applicable rules. Information and privacy on the devices are protected, and data sanitization can be verified asset by asset — a factory reset is not enough. Equipment that can still be used is de-branded and reused. The rest goes to a qualified partner for recycling. Collection covers mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Taiwan is not yet served.
Verifiable data sanitization

Computers, servers, and mobile devices are sanitized to widely used rules. The result can be verified for each asset, with a certificate. A factory reset is not treated as sanitization.
Network device sanitization

Configurations and storage on routers, switches, and similar equipment are cleared in a controlled setting, and the result can be checked.
Physical destruction of failed drives

Storage media that cannot be sanitized is removed and physically destroyed, with a certificate of destruction.
Testing, grading, and de-branded reuse

Equipment that can still be used is de-branded after sanitization and then released for reuse.
Recycling

Equipment that cannot be reused is sent to a qualified partner for materials recovery after the data has been dealt with, with a recycling certificate. Landfill is not used.
Collection in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau
大陆及港澳收运
Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Equipment is checked on site, sealed, and moved to the processing site. Taiwan is not yet served.
ESG reporting and write-off packs

At the end of a project we provide erasure, destruction, or recycling certificates, plus a record of where material went and an environmental report, for write-off and review.
