Secure transport
安全运输Sealed equipment is moved to the processing site. Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Taiwan is not yet served.

After arrival, a unit is labeled before it can be sorted. An unlabeled unit does not move on.

When a unit is dismantled, the parent is opened and each child gets a new ID. The count can increase. That is not a loss.
Quarantine & reconciliation
隔离与对账Arrivals are checked against the handoff list before sanitization starts.
Sanitization
数据清除Computers, mobile devices, and network equipment are handled separately. Results can be verified against each asset ID.
Routing
去向分流Equipment that can still be used is de-branded and reused. The rest is recycled after the data has been dealt with. Landfill is not used.
Close-out
结案Certificates, a record of where material went, and an environmental report are issued for write-off.
